Last fall, I flew to South Carolina to visit my boyfriend. He is currently attending golf school and working at a golf course in hopes of becoming a golf pro. Since there were going to be a few days that he had to work, I wondered if I could find something fun to do. I attended a styled shoot in Charleston, South Carolina. It was at Magnolia Plantations, and hosted by Taylor’d Southern Events. Lauren Taylor hosts many beautiful styled shoots, which I had seen on facebook. I had always wanted to attend one of them!
The styled shoot had many different models and tablescapes. We were put into groups and rotated between different stations to shoot different models. My group was awesome and it was great to make connections with different photographers from other states. I was not the only photographer from Ohio at that photoshoot.
Magnolia Plantation was so breath-taking. There were certain things about the location that I really enjoyed! The Spanish moss which gave these pictures a southern charm. The bridge added a fairytale feel to the location. The gazebo was very romantic and was a great place for couple photos! The detail station was probably one of my favorites. There were Bella Bella shoes, so many beautiful flat lays, and gorgeous rings! I love details! The models knew exactly how to pose and looked so natural in that environment!
