I cannot be more excited to blog about this beautiful session at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.
The session wasn’t until later in the evening and earlier that day I was so nervous about the weather. All day the clouds looked so dark and there was a huge chance of thunderstorms the same time we had scheduled the session. I was so worried because that was my last day until I had to go home. My boyfriend, Dustin and I arrived at the location and immediately the dark skies were gone. The forecast changed to the most perfect weather, although it was a bit chilly near the water.
I always love capturing candid moments and the “twirl” shot is always one of my favorites.
I was so obsessed with all of the palm trees in the background because in Ohio, it is mostly pine trees and oak trees. Everything just looked so green and alive that it made my heart so happy! I am so used to March in Ohio being so dark and brown I didn’t know how to contain my excitement with such beautiful scenery. Peyton and J.D. were such a great couple and they made taking pictures so easy! I would tell them a pose and they made it look so natural.
The bridge with the Spanish moss behind it is absolutely a dream spot and makes this session look so enchanted.
This entire photoshoot reminded me of a fairytale. I always love getting to know couples and what their story is. I really enjoyed this session and getting to know Peyton and J.D. Palmetto Bluff is by far my new favorite location and I am excited to see what other beautiful, dreamy spots there are in Bluffton, SC.
