Marion Country Club | Andrea & Scott | Wedding

The Marion Country Club provided a gorgeous background for the outdoor wedding of Andrea and Scott. Everything, including the weather, fell into place and made for a picture perfect day.

I love when brides find a fun way to sport “something blue”. Andrea rocked these amazing blue heels that truly elevated her look. And speaking of looks, it was the daddy-daughter first look between Scott and their daughter Olivia that stole my heart for the day. She ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug as she proudly showed off her fancy dress and curled hairstyle – she even got to wear some lipstick and was so excited to be a part of the big day. Her white dress looked beautiful as she marched down the aisle as their flower girl. She may have been a little nervous, but we were all happy to see her make it all the way down the aisle. The scene was set with elegant music provided by a violinist and a cellist. Everyone could see the joy and anticipation on the bride and groom’s faces during the ceremony as they were just so happy to see each other and get married. And their portraits with the country club scenery for the backdrop… say no more, they were just stunning! These two knew exactly how to pose in front of the camera, I felt like I was photographing a couple of models.

The bridal party certainly brought the light and smiles into the whole evening as they shared in Andrea and Scott’s joy. There were a lot of laughs and it really made the group pictures turn out so genuine and natural. The one word that really describes their reception is FUN, as the happy couple spent the rest of the night celebrating with their family and friends. It was such an honor for me to capture the happiest of moments for this family and I wish them all the best for their marriage!
