The Columbus Athenaeum Wedding | Faith & Daniel

Faith and Daniel had a summer wedding at The Columbus Athenaeum and it was beyond perfect. The colors they chose for their big day were lavender and blue, and they looked sooo good! Faith had really pretty rose gold jewelry which looked amazing, especially in the detail pictures!
They gave each other gifts before the ceremony. I love when couples do this because it allows for them to spend a moment with only the other person on their mind. It’s been a running joke in their family that Daniel would get a sword for his wedding day gift. He got it, and couldn’t have been happier! Faith did a first look with her dad and then Faith and Daniel did a first touch!
During the first touch, they both glowed with happiness! This is a tell to their true happiness, they really were made for each other!
During their ceremony, the wedding arch really stood out! It was homemade by Daniel and Faith and was absolutely gorgeous! Faith’s dad married the both of them, which was such a special moment.
Before their wedding, it rained and the forecast called for rain the entire day. After their ceremony, the weather was perfect. Thankfully we were able to take some bridal portraits and bride and groom portraits!
Their reception details were based on the movie “The Greatest Showman”, which I thought was really unique. Because of COVID, there wasn’t a lot of dancing. They played a KAHOOT game instead! It was so fun because it allowed guests to interact. At the end of their special night, Faith and Daniel did a sparkler exit. It was such a great way to end it.
Our personalities are very similar so it made the day very fun! I really enjoyed photographing their engagement session and their wedding.
I am beyond happy I got to be a part of Daniel and Faith’s special day!
